A simple business decision intelligence platform built for SMEs. ProfitLens turns everyday business data such as sales, expenses, products, suppliers, customers, and sales channels into clear insights about what is actually profitable, what is hurting the business, and what the owner should consider doing next. Instead of replacing accounting or business systems, ProfitLens sits on top of existing data and helps business owners make better decisions.

Business Owner
Gets a clear view of business health, profitability, costs, products, customers, suppliers, and sales channels. Reviews important insights and recommended actions to understand where money is being made or lost and decide what to do next.
Business Manager / Staff
Helps maintain business data, import sales and expense information, review classifications, monitor performance, and provide operational context behind the insights generated by ProfitLens.
Accountant / Business Advisor
Manages and reviews multiple SME businesses, helping clients understand profitability, identify financial opportunities, evaluate business decisions, and monitor changes over time.

ProfitLens goes beyond showing revenue and expenses. It identifies meaningful business patterns and explains what they mean, why they are happening, and what the owner could consider doing next.
